Kettlebell Floor Press
A chest press with a kettlebell. Floor-limited range reduces shoulder stress and works well at home.

How to perform
- 1.Lie on the floor, kettlebell at the chest, elbow tucked
- 2.Press up to full extension without lifting the shoulder off the floor
- 3.Lower under control, brief pause at the floor
Common mistakes
- Elbow flaring too wide
- Jerking the kettlebell off the floor
Tips
- Two kettlebells? Alternate arms or press both if you have a pair
Limitations
Use caution with issues in: shoulders. If you feel discomfort, reduce the range of motion or swap the exercise — ideally after consulting a coach.
