I'm Artur, originally from Siberia, now based in Thailand. Training has been part of my life for 15+ years — not a hobby phase, but a constant: strength training, CrossFit, kettlebells, bodyweight work and the practical side of nutrition.
Before coaching I served in a special police unit — a school of discipline, responsibility and decisions under pressure. After the service I changed my life completely: moved to Thailand and built a coaching practice from zero, working with expats and locals across four languages of communication.
I don't claim to know everything. I read current research, compare methods and test them in practice — on myself first, then with the people I coach. If better evidence appears, I change my mind.
Fitness is more than how you look
Strong, resilient, mobile, healthy and capable under load — that's the standard. The mirror follows the system, not the other way around.
