How to perform

  1. 1.Anchor the band at chest height, or hook it on your feet while seated
  2. 2.Row to the waist, squeezing the shoulder blades together
  3. 3.Elbows track along the body

Common mistakes

  • Pulling with the arms only, without retracting the shoulder blades

  • Progress by shortening the band or slowing the tempo — no new gear needed
