Suitcase Carry
The single-arm farmer's carry. Weight on one side forces the obliques to hold the torso upright — anti-lateral core stability in its purest form.

How to perform
- 1.Heavy kettlebell or dumbbell in one hand
- 2.Walk perfectly upright — from the side no one should be able to tell which hand holds the weight
- 3.Shoulders level, steps even
- 4.Equal time or distance per arm

- Leaning away from the weight
- The loaded shoulder creeping upward
